Dr. Jeet Banerjee

Assistant Professor (Senior Grade), Adamas University, Kolkata

Dr. Jeet Banerjee is an accomplished academician and researcher with over 10 years of teaching and research experience in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He began his career as a Lecturer in the Department of Electronic and Tele-Communication Engineering at Technique Polytechnic Institute, Hooghly, and has been serving at Adamas University since 2017, where he is actively involved in teaching, research, and academic development.

He has taught a wide range of courses including Analog & Basic Electronics, Antennas and Wave Propagation, Microwave Engineering, Optical Fiber Communication, Data Communication & Computer Networks, IoT, Sensors and Actuators, Mobile Computing, Design Thinking, and Disruptive Technology Innovations.

Dr. Banerjee has completed his Ph.D. from NIT Durgapur and has published 5 SCI journal papers and 26 conference papers, including 14 IEEE publications. He has 282 citations with an H-index of 6 (Google Scholar).

He is an IEEE Member since 2015, a Life Member of IETE and ISTE, and was elected as the youngest Executive Council Member of IETE Kolkata Centre (2022–2024). He also serves as a Distinguished Fellow Member of the Indian Society for VLSI Education and as a reviewer for reputed journals and IEEE conferences.
