Cancellation and Refund

1. Event / Course Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to ihouseedu@gmail.com
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the event’s specific guidelines
  • Registration fees may be non-refundable for certain programs

2. Cancellation by IHE

If an event is cancelled by us due to unavoidable circumstances:

  • Participants will receive a full refund
    or
  • Option to transfer the registration to another event

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Convenience fees
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Early bird or promotional discounts

Shipping and Delivery

IHE primarily deals with digital educational services, but in case of physical material:

1. Digital Products / Services

  • Confirmation emails, e-certificates, and digital materials are delivered to your registered email ID
  • Delivery is usually instant but may take up to 24 hours

  • Delivery timelines: 7–10 business days within India
  • Shipping charges may apply based on location
  • Tracking details (if available) will be shared via email

3. Incorrect Address

IHE is not responsible for delays caused due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the user
