Mr. Samarth Bhaskar Bhat is the Technical Director at REINFOSEC with over 7+ years of professional experience in Information Security and application software design and development. He has audited 50+ business web applications across domains such as banking, finance, insurance, trading, and e-commerce, including security audits of payment gateways.

He is recognized as one of the youngest ethical hackers in India by Prevoyance Forensic Technologies, Maharashtra, and is the youngest court-appointed “Commissioner” for expert witness testimony in cyber forensics by several trial courts in India. He was shortlisted for the National Security Database (NSD) examination for recruitment at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).

Mr. Bhat has served as an instructor at Prevoyance Forensic Technologies, Maharashtra, and as Chief Proctor for Welspun Technologies under EC-Council, Noida. He has also been a visiting faculty at the Central Detective Training Institute and has worked as a cybersecurity consultant for the Indian Air Force unit (Nagpur) and the Chhattisgarh Police Department.
