1. About the Conference

The International Conference on Intelligent Futures: AI, Digital Trust, Sustainability and Global Innovation (ICIF 2026) is an international research conference bringing together researchers, academicians, scientists, industry professionals, technology innovators and emerging scholars to advance research in intelligent computing, digital trust, cybersecurity and sustainable technologies.

The conference provides a focused platform for presenting original research, exchanging scientific knowledge and developing international academic and industry collaborations.

ICIF 2026 particularly focuses on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, intelligent computing, digital trust, cybersecurity, sustainable technologies, robotics, smart systems and digital transformation.

The conference welcomes high-quality original research addressing theoretical advances, innovative methodologies, experimental investigations, technological developments and validated real-world applications.

ICIF 2026 invites researchers, academicians, scientists, engineers, industry professionals, research scholars, postgraduate students, and technology practitioners to submit original, unpublished research papers aligned with the conference theme.

The conference welcomes contributions presenting:

Submitted papers should demonstrate clear research contributions, sound methodology, originality, and relevance to the conference scope.

All accepted papers will be published in the Novel Future Proceedings having ISBN and DOI, subject to evaluation and compliance with its editorial, technical, ethical and peer-review requirements. (Selected quality papers will be Scopus Indexed). 

ICIF 2026 is committed to maintaining a rigorous peer-review and research-integrity process for all submitted papers.

High-quality papers accepted for presentation will be considered for an appropriate peer-reviewed conference proceedings publication route, subject to editorial evaluation, publisher approval and compliance with applicable publication policies.

7. Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers relevant to the themes of ICIF 2026 through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).

Submission Process

Prepare Paper → Submit via Microsoft CMT → Peer Review → Revision (if required) → Final Acceptance → Camera-Ready Submission

8. Peer Review Policy

ICIF 2026 follows a rigorous, transparent and documented peer-review process designed to ensure the scientific quality and originality of accepted contributions.

Each submitted full paper will be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise.

Reviewers will evaluate submissions based on:

• Originality and novelty
• Scientific and technical contribution
• Methodological soundness
• Quality of analysis and results
• Relevance to the conference scope
• Clarity and organisation
• References and scholarly context
• Ethical and research-integrity compliance

Based on the reviewers' recommendations, papers may be:

Accept / Accept with Revision / Revise and Resubmit / Reject

The Technical Program Committee will oversee the review process and make recommendations regarding acceptance.

The conference aims to maintain an acceptance rate below 40%, subject to the quality and scientific merit of submissions.

Complete review records, reviewer reports and editorial decisions will be maintained by the conference organisers and may be made available to the publisher during the proceedings evaluation process.

9. Publication Ethics & Research Integrity

ICIF 2026 is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity, responsible research and ethical scholarly communication.

Submitted manuscripts must represent original work that has not been previously published and is not simultaneously under consideration for publication elsewhere.

The conference does not tolerate:

• Plagiarism
• Self-plagiarism
• Duplicate or simultaneous submission
• Fabrication or falsification of data
• Manipulation of results
• Unethical research practices
• Copyright infringement
• Authorship misconduct
• Manipulation or falsification of peer review

Submitted papers may undergo similarity and originality checks. Papers that do not meet the required standards may be rejected or withdrawn.

10. AI & Generative AI Policy

Use of Artificial Intelligence in Manuscript Preparation

Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity and scholarly content of their submissions.

Generative AI tools may be used for limited purposes such as language improvement, grammar correction or formatting assistance, provided that their use does not replace the authors' intellectual contribution.

Authors must verify all AI-assisted content, references, data, citations and technical claims.

Generative AI must not be used to fabricate data, results, references, experimental findings or research evidence.

Where disclosure is required by applicable publication policies, authors must appropriately disclose the use of AI tools.

11. Quality Assurance and Acceptance Policy

CIF 2026 follows a selective peer-review process. Acceptance decisions are based on the scientific quality, originality, methodological soundness and relevance of submitted research.

The conference aims to maintain an overall acceptance rate of below 40%.

The acceptance rate will be calculated based on the number of full papers submitted and the number of papers finally accepted for presentation.

Acceptance decisions are made independently of registration or payment and are based on the outcome of the academic review process.

Technical Advisory Committee

The Technical Program Committee (TPC) is responsible for coordinating the technical review and evaluation of research submissions to ICIF 2026.

The TPC comprises researchers and academic experts with relevant expertise across the three technical tracks of the conference.

The committee will be structured to ensure adequate reviewer capacity in proportion to the anticipated submission volume and will maintain at least 30% international representation.
